Dr. Harold Michael Phillips has served as the Senior Pastor of Pleasant View Baptist Church for over twenty years. He is a native of South Carolina and surrendered to full-time Christian service at age 18. Dr. Phillips received his bachelor’s degree from Mid-Continent University in 1983. In 1989, he received his master's and doctorate in Biblical studies from Friendship Graduate School. He then graduated from Covington Theological Seminary in Rossville, Georgia in 1996 with a Masters of Religious Education and a Doctorate of Theology. In 2011, Dr. Phillips recieved an Honorary Doctorate of Ministry from Mid-Continent University. He and his wife, Corkie, have five children and nine grandchildren and live in Port Deposit, Maryland.

Pastor Paul and his wife, Mindy, have been on staff leading our student ministries since June of 2013. They have been working in full time student ministry for 14 years. They have two daughters, Katie (11) and Natalie (8). They have a passion for investing in the lives of young people and somehow still have the energy to match it.
Paul and Mindy are graduates of Tennessee Temple University. Paul has a Bachelor of Science Youth Ministries and a Master of Arts Biblical Studies degree from Temple Baptist Seminary. Mindy has a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree.
Besides hanging out with teenagers, Paul and Mindy love challenging and adventurous activities like skydiving, kayaking, mud runs, and many other sports.
Pastor Josh grew up at PVBC and has lived in Cecil County for 25 years. He surrendered to full time ministry in 2006. Josh has a bachelor's degree from Mid-Continent University and a MDiv from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He serves as worship leader, discipleship pastor and adult Sunday School director at PVBC. He lives in Rising Sun and he and his wife, Jaclyn, have three children: Gracen, Nora, and Sadie.
Pastor Josh loves sports (Ravens, Orioles, and Clemson football), golfing, and riding his horse Eli, along with hunting and fishing.
