Zoe Fitness

The Zoe Fitness Classes are presently offered to Women & Senior Adults 50+

This cycle of fitness classes is 7 weeks long, starting the week of Tues. Oct. 6th til Sat. Nov. 21st Because of the type of training we are only accepting 6 people per class. 
Please make sure you can fulfill your commitment before you secure your spot

  • Ladies Fitness class:  9:00 -10:00 A.M., Tues, Thur., Sat., (this is a 3 day a week commitment) $25

 

  • Seniors Fitness class:  10:30-11:30 A.M., Tuesdays (this is a one day a week commitment) $15

 

  • Open Fitness class:  6:00 – 7:00 P.M., Tuesdays & Thursdays (this is a 2 day a week commitment) $20

 

  • Seniors Fitness class:  10:30-11:30 A.M., Thursdays (this is a one day a week commitment) $15

 

  • Boot Camp, High Intensity Open Class 7:30-8:30 A.M., Saturdays (1 day a week commitment)  $15
