What is youth ministry?
Youth ministry is a specialized area of church ministry focused on serving and nurturing the spiritual growth of young people, typically teenagers and young adults. It aims to help youth develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, understand biblical teachings, and apply faith to their daily lives.

What age group does your youth ministry serve?
Our youth ministry primarily serves teenagers from 7th-12th grade. We also have specific programs for elementary-age children students and under.
When and where does the youth group meet?
Our main youth group meeting is held every Wednesday evening from 6:45 to 8:15 in the youth fellowship hall. We also have additional events throughout the week. Check our Events Calendar in the app for the most up-to-date schedule.

Do I need to be a member of the church to attend youth group?
No, you don't need to be a church member to attend our youth group. We welcome all young people who are interested in learning who God is and growing in their faith, regardless of their church background or membership status.

Do you offer any leadership opportunities for youth?
Yes, we do! One of these is an impactful small group leadership program that empowers students to guide their peers in studying and applying God's Word. Through this program, students:

Are there background checks for youth leaders and volunteers?
Yes, all our youth leaders and volunteers undergo thorough background checks. The safety and well-being of our youth is our top priority.

We welcome parent involvement! You can:

Getting Started
I'm new to church/Christianity. Can I still come to youth group?
Absolutely! We welcome youth from all backgrounds, including those who are new to church or exploring faith. Our group is designed to be welcoming and accessible to newcomers, and we're always happy to explain things and answer questions.

What should I expect at my first youth group meeting?
At your first meeting, you can expect:
- A warm welcome from our youth and leaders
- An icebreaker game to help you meet others
- Worship music
- A Bible-based teaching
